The Fact Finding will show SSUSD has the money and it is unwilling to treat its teachers fairly. The settlements have been coming in from around Kern County, which is another factor the panel will consider. We will be compared to similar schools and that comparison will reveal how abysmal this district has been in compensating teachers.»
