poem. The poet, as the speaker was great because it was a true feeling coming from the heart through out the whole poem. He was hurt by someone and trying to get over it, as he say "Through this be the last pain that she makes me suffer". Everybody has or will love somebody, then inevitably they will get hurt. This just happens to fall into the circle of life that we all go though.
