Arriving in the New World in the year of 1620 were the Pilgrims. Led by William Bradford, John Carver, and Miles Standish, the Pilgrims found survival to be very difficult. During their first winter in this new place nearly half of them died. The production of food, shelter, and clothing were the main difficulties that these people faced.
