for sure what a fetus goes through during a first, second, or even a third trimester abortion because a fetus cannot speak to us, but certainly understanding English should not determine whether someone is entitled to human rights. As far as the real objective truth of second and third trimester abortion is concerned, it is very reasonable based upon all the medical evidence to assume that there are real, helpless, innocent, live, suffering human victims.
