ten I give this book a ten, because the author uses great detail. For example when the author tells the effects of the disease and has a very graphical description. The author has a way of getting his point across, he makes the book easy flowing and easy to read unlike other books where I have to read over and over again. Even thought the book was disgusting I really enjoyed reading it.
