Daisy is portrayed in a perfect manner for describing any old money figure. Her portrayal through Nick's eyes gives insight to the true character of Daisy as compared to Gatsby's image of her. Daisy was somewhat deceiving, but added confusion was due to Gatsby's grand illusion.
