The moral atmosphere in America has changed dramatically from when this country was first founded more than 200 years ago. It seems that with each generation, people are less virtuous and their faults are more commonly accepted. This trend continues in today's teenagers. Teens are looked down on as miscreants, partially due to the media's tenancy to take rare, individual circumstances of teen delinquency and make it look common place. show a strong interest in school work and they place a major emphasis on their social lives overall else. The deteriorate of moral values in America's teens is partially due to the lack of authority of the church and of parents. America's values have fallen far from those of our forefathers, but with each new generation is the chance to turn back the clock and instill stronger morals in the teens of tomorrow.
