The event when the Titanic sank was devastating. It has been known as a major accident/disaster. Thomas Hardy's poem called "The Convergence of the Twain" about the Titanic was very detailed and well written in the ship's and iceberg's point of view (personification). He describes it this way because it is a different point of view of what most people usually hear.

heard something or someone describe the sinking of the Titanic in this way. Instead of a person's biography of the Titanic, it was put in the ship's and iceberg's actions and point of view. In the poem, we felt that this poem did not show sadness. It did not sound sad. It was weird because usually the Titanic shows tragedy. Although it was a sad event, it did not show this feeling in this poem.
