conclusion the best way to combat the stigma of ADHD is increased education to doctors, teachers, parents, children and the general public. The media should play a significant role in helping to educate rather than condemning the 6% of children who are diagnosed with ADHD. And they should be held responsible for presenting biased information that often leads to misunderstandings and prejudices against children who in many ways face a life long battle to be normal.
