The Popularity of Coffee
As I sit in my room, drinking my double shot mocha, I ponder if the recent
trend of coffee popularity is important? Some would say coffee is not
important; it is a drink being mass-produced and exploited by big business.
For someone like myself coffee is an important part of my day. When I wake
in the morning, I have a cup of coffee, when I get home from school, I

airports, grocery stores, college campuses and just about anywhere
else you could imagine.
Starbucks itself is said to be one of the leading causes of the coffee
frenzy. The trend today is to walk about holding a Starbucks latte, Businessmen, businesswomen, artists, musicians, high school students,
college students, dot com entrepreneurs, employees of local stores, and your
average Joe are seen with this steaming beverage, coffee, in the brand of
their choice(Seattle Coffee Culture).
