There are many different methods which organisations implement in order to run a business successfully. For example, in the early nineteen hundreds, businesses were mainly product orientated. This basically meant that organisations built a factory that made a product in large numbers. A well-known example is Henry Ford, who said,
The customers can have any colour car they want as long as it is black.

is increased business through customer satisfaction. This means increased profits that, in turn, give us the financial resources to go and develop new and improved products. The increased business and profits also mean that there is job security, which means satisfied staff. Satisfied staff, satisfied customers, and so on.
Our company has great potential and I firmly believe that, that potential will be fully realised in the coming years if we adopt the marketing concept.
