In this world there are evils and there are innocents. In the novel The Great Gatsby it shows the evils in society and how a single person that was once was sweet and innocent can be turned into one of those evils. Daisy is that person and the one that knew her when she was innocent is Gatsby and the one that turned to the evils of society is her husband Tom.

to money loving person would rather have money instead of love. Daisy was manipulated by high society and her family into leaving the man she loved even though poor for man who had money and not much love for her. All of these are bad choices by the person but some is because of pressure from the family or close friends. Daisy made bad choices and a man she loved paid for it.
