Its pretty easy to see how many of the countries fought for a constitutional monarchy to be installed. The oppression and the corruption leveled in the absolutist monarchies was too much for anyone to be expected to live under. Russia was an exception to these other absolutist countries, because Russia was still trying to
incorporate western ideals, in essence they did not know any better or know of the natural laws of society.
