My opinion of the biggest problem in schools is the fact that some teachers, though perhaps qualified, are not always the best at their job. To be able to teach is very easy; anyone can teach. However, for your students to be able to learn under your instruction, that is extremely hard. It takes a certain disposition, a certain personality, to be the kind of teacher whose students can learn under them. Sadly, many schools

of your teachers for help? If a student feels as though a teacher hasn't listened to them in the past, they won't feel as though the teacher will listen to them at all. Respect is a two-way thing; not only do students need to respect their teachers, but I believe that at a certain level, teachers should always try to respect their students. A student learns better from a teacher that the student doesn't resent!
