How wise people are is usually associated with how old they are. Many cultures hone their elders as the wisest among them. That is not simply because they are old, but because they have experienced so much more in life and have learned from it. Younger people do not have that wisdom yet, and are more likely to have bad judgment. Teenagers are not ready to handle the same responsibilities as adults. The current driving

getting their driver's license. A person has to be mature enough and responsible enough to handle a vehicle. Teenagers are still growing and learning and are not ready for such a huge responsibility. The pressure on young adults to have a car and drive is far too great, and adds pressure to an already tough situation. Making a teenager wait a few more years before getting their license will only help save lives.
