Abstract
Claims on Speed Reading having effects on the comprehension level of an individual dated back 30 years ago. There were a lot of techniques being introduced regarding speed-reading however; there are only a few extensive studies on that measure and evaluate speed-reading in relation with comprehension. Most studies are focused only in developing speed-reading but what they do not identify is that comprehension should also be within the picture and should be measured too instead

Observed in this experiment, the second null hypothesis has been failed to reject meaning, there is no difference between the population means for both low comprehension and high comprehension group. The third null hypothesis has failed to reject also because there is no interaction between comprehension and speed-reading meaning, the speed of the reader in reading does not guarantee that there is also a fast or slow comprehension.
