I. Purpose: This study explores the concept of cooperative learning. It compares the behaviors and interactions between two groups who had different background training. Among the groups members were students were who classified as having learning difficulties. These students were also compared concerning their behaviors and interactions.

the unstructured group. The students in the structured also performed better on the comprehension questionnaire compared to the unstructured group.
IV. Conclusion: This study shows that students with learning difficulties can be an asset to a group. These children, provided the are involved in the correct learning environment, can be included into the mainstream classroom. The students were not learning disabled also benefited in group work by learning to adapt to various abilities.
