In the book The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie the reader is introduced to an interesting relationship that develops between the two main characters of the book, Miss Brodie and Sandy. Thus one of the major achievements of Sandy's life is entirely a dedication to her teacher. What Brodie did not realize during her lifetime was that the students are supposed to eventually surpass the teacher, which is exactly what Sandy had done which is why there was no transgression on Sandy's part.
