and I feel that his should be the case for the police. Criminal liability in this case should be something that certainly must reviewed on a case by case basis, but yet still giving the officers the necessary freedom to effectively perform their jobs as it pertains to pursuits, and their duties otherwise without the fear of being held liable. This is an excellent example of a release of criminal liability in a particular case.
