I believe all children can learn. How quickly they learn depends upon the ability of the child, and the effectiveness of the teacher. It is the teacher's responsibility to be well versed in the subject they are teaching. An effective teacher is also aware of different learning styles, and respects the diversity of their students.

has to play many roles, but must also be able to adjust to a different part quickly. A good teacher should be a friend, guide, and offer support to all students. I feel that a teacher who is playing a successful role will be able to do all to these things while carrying out a lesson plan that will educate and benefit our youth and make them the future teachers and leaders of our country.
