hide under so that they could escape unnoticed. They got into the open and took the sheep to the ship. Odysseus called back to the Cyclops and he picked up a boulder and threw it at Odysseus. The Cyclops yelled at Odysseus and prayed to his father, Poseidon, to never allow Odysseus and his crew to return home. The men left and ate the flock while Zeus had some plans of his own for them.
