Absolute Power is not only a powerful suspense thriller, but has also made the transition to an intense and surprising feature film. Typically when novels make the transition into a movie, the plots are drastically different. This is not the case with Absolute Power. Surprisingly the plot of the movie is nearly a reflection to the plot of the novel. In my opinion, both the film and the novel are entertaining and intense.
