It's peculiar to see how society traps limits and destroys innocent people. It's as if man is born to be a follower rather than a leader. The novel The Metamorphosis written by Franz Kafka and the play The Glass Menagerie written by Tennessee Williams are two examples of this statement. Both main characters, Gregor and Laura live in hostile environments where they are judged because they are unique.
