Justice is a way of punishing people when they commit a crime.
Those who break a law or rule that has been put in place deserve to be
punished humanely. Justice is usually fair, but on occasion it can be too
light on those who commit crimes such as murder or theft. The courtroom

However, justice is not a form of revenge. Revenge
occurs when one would like to take the law into their own hands or they are
looking for payback. Revenge is looked down on in society because
brutality usually involved. It is a lash-out of anger and is more harsh than
fair. Justice seems to be fair to the majority of the public and will remain so
as long as most the people find it fair.
