The Inuit tribes of the Northern Polar Regions led simple lives. They were a proud people
fueled by tradition and superstition. Laughter was common and the mood was free and
easy. They enjoyed life and lived to preserve it. At times their only focus was on survival.
This instinct was brought on by the harsh climate and environmental landscape that they

Hunters were well respected and led the
families. Women were humble but treated well by the men. The environment was
respected by the Inuit and it seemed to respect them back. Life was good, it was a
lifestyle of values that should be envied by other societies. There was no corruption, no
theft, no waste, no disease...it almost seemed to be perfect in its own little way. Until the
white man came.
