not lead to tyranny. The Constitution would be represented by people who are well educated, that possess greater skill and training than ordinary citizens which were used to govern the states. Who is the leader that represents the land we inhabit in? Will states be the representatives of this land? That would be a shame, for we need a central strong figure to represent our country, in which it would be noticeable by foreign countries.
