Death Penalty Murder is unjustified intentional killing. It is not sufficient that there be justification (a sound reason) to kill somebody, the person doing the killing must kill for that reason. An attitude that killing another is never justified should have the effect of reducing the number of murders by cutting off this mental component that makes it possible for a person to commit murder.
