The U.S. had realized the countries that are capable of hurting the U.S. and that are against the U.S. The world was not suprised because it was a minor thing compared to the many things that could have happened. The U.S. trade and foreign policy has not been good since Castro has been their leader but he was elceted before that. Therefore the situation was a success.
