describes the parts of London.
Even though the two poems are very different they could be describing the same London but Wordsworth is describing London from far away and will not be able to see and hear what is happening in London, while Blake is walking through London and can see and hear all the people around London. Also Wordsworth is seeing London in the morning but Blake is seeing London from morning till night.
