Can Doubt lead to Understanding?
Descartes opens his Meditations indicating his desire to have only true beliefs. One way to accomplish this is to doubt everything he has learned that might be subject to error. He does not intend to doubt the truth of every specific idea that comes into is head, but, instead to undermine the foundation of his views.

I will perceive of reality.
Through Descartes I have gained new ideas about life. I have been presented with much more questions than answers, but am content with the fact that everything is questionable and does not have an answer. I have added a little more to my own philosophy and learned that the single most effective means of increasing ability is to increase what you know by having an acquiring open mind.
