Before I planned to blindfold myself and go through the weekly family Sunday night dinner, I knew one thing. speak. One pro of being deaf over blind is that it is easier to make it through the day, the day is less dangerous, painful and nerve-racking. If I had to choose being deaf or blind, I would choose being blind so that I mainly could carry on a conversation and interact with people more, but so I could also feel the weird but exciting sensation of not knowing your exact surrounding.
