For the last couple of years there have been many dog attacks, killing many innocent individuals. Many dog owners train their dogs to be viciously aggressive towards others; whereas other owners enjoy the companionship of a dog. I feel rottweilers and pit bulls are the deadliest breeds to own, and owning them in urban areas should be illegal.

In conclusion, there are many precautions owners must face while taking on the responsibility of owning a dog. There are too many attacks in this world today, by rottweliers and pit bulls, and many who are not at fault are being either attacked or killed. Therefore, the ownership of these two deadly breeds should be banned in urban areas because of the lack of responsibility the owners fail to achieve.
