A Web presence can change a whole company, for example, Egghead used to have stores nationwide, until a couple years ago; they closed them all down and went for a full cybermarket. Although most viewed this as a bad move, it shows how eCommerce is so powerful that it can change an entire company. eCommerce will continue to evolve into a bigger and better business.
