that I see the government. It also made me aware that most of the prison population is made up of mostly Blacks, Hispanics and people of third world nations, with very few whites. A flaw in the book is that it did not explain her escape. The reader was unaware of how she escaped and who helped her to escape. Overall, this book is very good and it should be read while studying black history.
