ing she was a loser if she didn't absolutely perfect herself, she was only causing stress, which would only cause lower performance in the class. We go through this about everyday and I think she is starting to see the rational way of thinking about it.
I'm sure that certain situations require a lot more time and effort, but even then, this book could be very helpful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
