Even though he was wrong, Aldous does bring an interesting outlook of events to come to the table. He has created an alternate dimension which, although nothing like any civilization before us, still shares elements with today's society. He shows that even though it seems so absurd, anything is possible given the evolution of the world at the rate it is today.
